orcalion: When our mind is calm and cool, we can have a better grasp of a difficult situation and react faster to answer desperate needs. To have a calm and cool mind, we often need to 'go back' to nature and be calmed and cooled by it. So, every now and then, go away from your desks and routines! Catch a glimpse of fresh air!
